Add the planner to your home screen or apps list. It opens in its own app window.
Choose the instructions for your device below. If an Install now button appears, you can use it instead.
Menu wording varies by browser version. If no install option is available, you can still use the planner in your browser and bookmark the link.
Open the new icon and sign in to Cloud planner with the same account on each device. The installed app may ask you to sign in again. Internet is needed to open the planner and sync changes. Updates arrive when you reopen or refresh the app.
Sign in with the planner account you created in Supabase. Your first cloud workspace starts empty. Existing browser data is kept separately and is not uploaded automatically.
Start a separate planner with its own units, staff, schedules, and punch lists. PM tracking requires additional property setup.
Admins manage property access and settings. Managers work with the property planner. Use an existing cloud login email. PM administration currently uses the original property administrator account.
Your edits are safe on this device. Another device saved a newer version, so automatic syncing has paused to prevent overwriting it.
Download your local backup first, then load the cloud version. You can review and reapply your edits afterward.
Incomplete scheduled work in make-ready order. Expand a section to view entries. Tap Edit to change a date, assignment, or completion status.
The current turnover, if any, will be preserved in history. A new blank schedule will be created for this unit. Continue only for a separate turnover, not a date change.
This saves your schedule changes and removes the unit from Unit Overview. Its history stays saved and can be restored.
The unit and its schedule remain saved. Use Show removed units to restore it.
Each level sorts ties from the level above. Unit number breaks any remaining ties. Blank dates always go last.
Applies to the TV board only. Fewer units may fit on smaller screens. Settings save in this browser and are included when you copy the TV browser link. Other devices do not sync automatically.
Read-only subscription to your published Outlook calendar. Events appear in a separate row under the assigned employee, including in the PDF. Choose which appointments appear and edit their short schedule labels. Full Outlook details stay in this dialog; your typed notes stay separate.
Refreshes about every 15 minutes while this planner is open. Outlook may delay published changes. Disconnecting removes these calendar rows from this planner; it does not change Outlook. Your exclusions and edited labels are remembered for each appointment after refreshes, including rescheduling. Click Save subscription to apply your choices. Calendar data and choices are included in database exports.
Open this link directly in the TV’s web browser. It opens a display-only board with no on-screen controls. Use TV board settings in the app to change its rotation, sorting, or filters.
Sign in if prompted. This display receives board data and settings from the app that created the link. Keep the app connected when making changes.
Download a CSV spreadsheet and open it in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. Use one row per unit and task. The template includes a blank row for each task type; copy rows for more units.
Blank fields keep existing values. Type CLEAR to clear a date, assignee, or note. Changing a date resets completion unless you explicitly enter Yes or No. Unused blank rows are ignored.
When finished: save or export as CSV, then choose Tools → Import Data From File. Review the changes and tap Apply Updates. JSON backups still work too.
Choose a file to preview its changes. Nothing is saved until you tap Apply updates.
HappyCo completed tasks import as green; past-date unfinished tasks show yellow. Dates and completion statuses are imported separately. Task assignees import by full employee/vendor name or a confirmed mapping for that task’s HappyCo initial. Only supplied fields change. Missing fields keep their existing values. A blank date explicitly clears that date. Previous turnovers stay in history. Changed dates reset completion unless an explicit status is supplied. Resolve uncertain matches above. A backup downloads before changes are applied.
Walk the unit and add the work that needs to be done. Check off each item as it’s finished.
Start a preventive maintenance cycle, then copy its checklist link to share with your technicians.
No PM cycles yet.
Match HappyCo initials to an employee or vendor for each task. Changes apply to future imports that use initials. Add new people in Employees & Vendors first.
Edit unit details or add a unit to the master list. Existing schedules follow a renamed unit.
Tap a column heading to sort. Tap a unit number to edit its details below.
Employees and vendors appear in separate assignment groups. Only active employees are available for new on-call selections. Archive to stop new assignments while keeping past records; restore at any time. Existing assignments stay in place until you reassign them. Delete is available only when no saved work or report refers to the entry.
This removes the entry when you save your changes. Entries with saved work or report history must be archived instead.
Dates include both the first and last day. On-call coverage stays in place during office closures. Employee hours come from their normal schedule under Employees & vendors.
Saving replaces weekly on-call overrides within these dates. Ranges cannot overlap other on-call records.
Blocks out the selected employee days on the schedule and PDF. Existing unit assignments remain saved and are flagged for reassignment.
Applies to the selected days. Matching consecutive names merge into one bar.
Changes the app heading, block schedule, and PDF title area. Your units and schedules stay in place.
Select a move type, then choose units from the list. Add as many as needed before saving.
